本案位于深圳市南山區西麗匯城茗院是一個后現代風的黑白灰二手房翻新改造裝修設計案例，通過對形狀輪廓和光影進行高度歸納和提煉，利用干凈利落的線條和黑白高反差，塑造強烈的視覺沖擊力。靜謐的黑，與裝置藝術互映成畫，區域的斑駁紋理，讓人感知到另一種寧靜的東方美學。

后現代風黑白灰的高雅，在于整體的一個協調性和線條感，不做過多的外表裝飾，更注重精神世界的修為。

半月形布藝沙發靠窗擺放，整體通透，光感強烈；不沾染一絲的煙火之氣，飄然若仙。

灰色的壁紙，搭配白色裝飾物的素白更顯一種素雅之美，巨幅的抽象畫，顯示出主人更注重內心世界的追求。
